Purthanol Resources Ltd Seeks an Operator and Investor of its Newly Acquired Subsidiary Biocardel Luxembourg SA

WILMINGTON, DE and OTTAWA, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 19, 2015 / Purthanol Resources Ltd (OTC:PURT) is pleased to announce that it has acquired 69% control of the holding company Biocardel Europe SA that owns 100% of Biocardel Luxembourg SA.

Purthanol is pleased to announce the acquisition of Biocardel Europe SA in the form of a convertible debenture. Purthanol is seeking a partner, investor and operator for the Luxembourg facility. Biocardel Luxembourg will be a bio-fuel producer with its initial sales expected in Q2 of 2015. Mr. Rene Delarue, president of Biocardel Quebec Inc and the newly appointed Chief Operation Officer of Purthanol, expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition of this company, a corporation already invested in the alternative fuel sector. The Board of Purthanol is regarding this acquisition as a positioning of Purthanol as an international producer of biofuels on two continents.
