PURA - Puration Anticipates Accelerated Q3 And Q4 Revenue Growth From Ongoing Beverage Sales And New Grow Operations

Dallas, TX – June 27, 2017 - Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) last week announced the Company entering into a letter of intent agreement to acquire a grow operation with an existing twenty-five greenhouse facility anticipated to add $1 million in annual revenue with the potential to expand to $16 million in annual revenue.
 
Drug Emporium, EVERx CBD Infused Citrus Cooler Flavored Water, and EVERx CBD Infused Orange Flavored Water
 
PURA continues to grow its cannabis infused beverage business.  The cannabis infused beverage business will continue to include both the expansion of the PURA in-house EVERx beverage line in addition to providing extracts for third party beverages.  Besides closing its first major retail chain distribution agreement with Drug Emporium for its EVERx CBD Infused Sports Water, PURA also recently announced its EVERx CBD Infused Citrus Cooler Flavored Sports Water, the first of three-planned flavored EVERx CBD Infused Sports Waters.  The Company has produced its first Citrus Cooler Flavored CBD Infused Sports Water and is currently market testing the product.  Today, the Company is for the first time announcing the addition of an EVERx CBD Infused Orange Flavored Sports Water.  Management anticipates the first EVERx CBD Infused Orange Flavored Sports Water being produced and market tested by the end of July. 
 
AmeriCanna Cafe Cannabis Infused Beverages, and Spanish Peaks ScrumpDelicacies Cannabis Infused Beverages
 
PURA continues to work with North American Cannabis Holdings (USOTC: USMJ) to develop USMJ’s own AmeriCanna Cafe line of cannabis infused beverages in addition to working with Spanish Peaks ScrumpDelicacies to develop a line of Spanish Peaks cannabis infused beverages.  First product announcements of each are anticipated soon.
