PURA Expects LOI On CBD Sexual Wellness Acquisition By Friday

(USOTC: PURA) anticipates finalizing a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire a previously announced target CBD infused sexual wellness product line by this Friday, June 19, 2020.  The global sexual wellness market is anticipated to reach a $39 billion value by 2024. 

PURA recently acquired a CBD infused sun care product business as part of a campaign to acquire CBD infused beverage, edible and topical businesses launched earlier this year.  The sun care acquisition was the third acquisition this year for PURA.
