Explanation of Responses:

Remarks: This amendment is being filed in order to give a clarification on the stock held by Mr. Boyd's children. All of their stock has been currently listed as one total with indirect ownership but the stock held for one of his daughters is "Joint Tenants" with Mr. Boyd and is therefore a direct ownership. As such, 255 additional shares are now reflected as direct ownership with a corresponding decrease in Mr. Boyd's indirect ownership for the same number of shares.
