Principal Solar, Inc (“PSI”; OTC Pink: PSWW), a publicly traded solar energy holding company executing a unique roll-up strategy to create The World's First Distributed Solar Utility™, has filed its S-1 registration statement on Dec. 23, 2013 with the goal of becoming a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) if and when PSI clears comments with the SEC.

Michael Gorton, CEO and chairman of PSI, says, “In the coming year, we expect to increase the pace of our solar acquisitions, expand the educational activities of the Principal Solar Institute to advance the solar profession, and lay the groundwork for future solar development activities.
