Pioneer Bankshares, Inc. Declares 2nd Quarter Dividend

STANLEY, Va., June 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PNBI) declared a 2^nd quarter dividend at its June 11, 2015 meeting.  The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.18 per share for shareholders of record as of June 22, 2015 and will be payable on June 30, 2015.  This dividend brings the total payments for 2015 to $0.36 per share and represents a year-to-date increase of 5.88% over the prior year.  The dividend payout also represents an annualized return on investment of 3.25% based on the current market value.
