Pacific Green Technologies Inc. Appointment of Poyry Management Consulting to Manage Power Purchase Agreement Strategy

Pacific Green Technologies Inc. ("the Company") (OTCQB:PGTK) announces the appointment of Pöyry Management Consulting to manage the Company's Power Purchase Agreement Strategy.

As part of its key objectives for Q1 2014, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Pöyry Management Consulting to advise it on all aspects of its power purchase agreement ("PPA") strategy. Pöyry's initial focus will be on Energy Park Sutton Bridge but will also include other projects currently under review on a worldwide basis.
