Protocall Signs Licensing Agreement With McAfee

Award-Winning McAfee Products to Be Available on Protocall's On-Demand Virtual Inventory System

(NYSE:MFE), the leading dedicated security technology company, to include McAfee(R) software titles on Protocall's virtual inventory system for the retail marketplace beginning in the second quarter of 2006.

Protocall's virtual inventory system enables store retailers and online etailers, along with content owners, to increase product availability at the point of sale while reducing their dependence on physical inventories, one of the industry's largest cost categories.

McAfee joins more than 200 other software publishers whose software products are distributed through Protocall's virtual inventory system. At store locations, consumers can browse and select available products from multi-media touch-screen display terminals located on the sales floor. Orders are produced behind the counter by store personnel in minutes using the system's order-fulfillment station. For online orders, consumers browse and select available titles from an etailer's website with orders produced at product distribution centers or store locations.

McAfee Internet Security Suite, McAfee VirusScan(R), McAfee Personal Firewall Plus and McAfee SpamKiller(TM) will be included in Protocall's virtual inventory system.
