Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On August 10, 2010, Online Vacation Center Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Reginald Flosse to purchase 100,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at a purchase price of $0.60 per share. The purchase price was paid from the Company's working capital.   Reginald Flosse is an affiliate of the Company and holds more than 10% of the Company's issued and outstanding stock.  This repurchase transaction is not part of the Company’s previously announced repurchase program.
