      subsidiary Screen Giant Media Corp., has entered into a Memorandum of 
      Understanding with a private company in India to secure up to 1000 
      optimum and lucrative locations for LED Billboard placements throughout 
      India.
    
    
      Screen Giant will be in the enviable position to generate significant 
      revenues through selling advertising on its digital LED full motion 
      Billboards. The advertising revenue generated on a per annum basis for 
      each location will quickly render the initial capital cost invested 
      insignificant.
