      Negotiations are currently underway with a Taiwanese LED manufacturer 
      regarding Screen Giant’s possible 
      participation in the placement of a large number of computer-controlled 
      LED video billboards in key metro markets throughout China.
    
    
      Digital billboards are making waves in the outdoor advertising world. 
      According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, ad spend in 
      the U.S. for digital billboards doubled from 2006 to 2007, and it should 
      double again by 2009. The number of outdoor digital displays throughout 
      the U.S. is small, far less than 1% of the 400,000+ standard billboards.

      returns on monies spent have produced a strong and growing demand for
