LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (PINK SHEETS: NXGB), a biotechnology company that develops novel therapeutic proteins that disrupt the advance of life-threatening cancers, today announced it has entered into discussion about collaboration with Oxon Life Science ("Oxon"), from whom it has recently acquired use, commercialisation and ownership rights of a patent application for the treatment of cancer, regarding the development of the latest stem cell technology that NXGB has acquired from Oxon in that transaction.
