They were aided by a new scoring system, which was refined for 2014 to ensure that the shortlisting and winners decisions remained objective and transparent.

NTT Com also won the Best Marketing Team award for the second year in a row. The company was previously recognized as Best North American Wholesale Carrier in 2015, Best Global (Data) and Best North American Wholesale Carrier in 2014 and Best Pan-Asian Wholesale Carrier in 2013.
