CleanPath Resources, Corp. (CLNP) announced today that it has signed a binding letter of intent to purchase several of the assets of NatureBev, Inc. for $300,000 in an all stock transaction.

The assets purchased include: a proprietary natural process for manufacturing a stable high pH/alkaline water that in taste tests has shown to be extremely well liked and it includes the name AlkaKrisp. The agreement also includes a NATURAL functional beverage, Marathon Mind, that is designed to improve concentration while energizing the body and currently comes in two flavors, green tea citrus and mango peach. The assets also include the website www.naturebev.com.

CleanPath Resources, Corp.’s (CLNP) new President Alexander Hazan stated, “It has taken several months since taking over to fully assess the status of the company and determine the best way to implement our new plan. With this step we begin on a road with huge opportunities. The alkaline, or high pH, water market is very large and growing every day. While most alkaline waters do not taste very good and they lose their alkalinity very quickly, AlkaKrisp is best known for its excellent taste and then for the stable alkaline levels.”
