On August 10, 2017  Netlist, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results of operations for the quarter ended July 1, 2017. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and  is incorporated herein in its entirety.
