Share price of IIPR has grown 1460%, and share price of PW has grown 627%, since their portfolio expansion into cannabis property.
UC Asset LP (OTCQX: UCASU) and NewLake Capital Partners(OTCQX: NLCP) are the only two OTCQX companies that have announced to invest in cannabis properties strategy, among the companies sampled by the article. The article praises UCASU because, even before its expansion into cannabis properties, its net equity per share had grown by 20% in the 12-month period ended June 30, 2021. Most recently, Zack Small-cap Research set the target price of its stocks at $4.50 per share.
