ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

 

On June 15, 2023, the Company issued a news release announcing that planning was completed for the Company’s Phase I exploration program on the Agai-Pah Property, located in Mineral County, Nevada, within the Walker Lane shear zone.

 

The Company expects the Phase I program to begin when field conditions permit.
