Destination Television, Inc. Emerges as The Movie Studio, Inc. in Major Announcement to Shareholders (OTC:DSTV)

Destination Television, Inc. (OTC: Symbol: DSTV), whose core business was the implementation of private television networks and digital signage solutions in high traffic out-of-home locations announced today that its Chief Executive Officer, Gordon Scott Venters, has completed the implementation of the Company into The Movie Studio, Inc. and has returned the Company to fully reporting status.

I am pleased to be writing my first letter to you as Chief Executive Officer and President of “The Movie Studio” formerly Destination Television and updating you on recent events and future growth plans for the Company.

On August 16, 2010 the Company consolidated its previous digital signage operations and began the re-organization of its capital expenses and re-tooling the Company into a vertically integrated motion picture production company complete with a 10,000 sq. ft. state of the art production studio complete with green screen and infinity wall, production equipment, post-production suites and in-house motion picture distribution.

The Company is currently involved with substantial feature film projects, music videos, television shows and other intellectual properties.
