Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 23, 2024, the Board of Directors of Middlesex Water Company (the "Company") announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.325 per share on its common stock, payable on September 3, 2024 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Form 8-K by reference

Middlesex Water Company Declares

Quarterly Cash Dividend

 

ISELIN, N.J., July 24, 2024 – Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ:MSEX) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.325 per share on its common stock, payable September 3, 2024 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2024. Middlesex Water Company has paid cash dividends in varying amounts continually since 1912.

 

Middlesex Water provides regulated and unregulated water and wastewater utility services primarily in New Jersey and Delaware through various subsidiary companies.
