Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 28, 2019, Marizyme, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Michael K. Handley as Chief Executive Officer and Director. Ms. Handley’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or the Board of Directors.
