The Company believes that the timing is right given that a financing is scheduled to close before year end. A completed financing combined with a clearer picture of the timeline to commercialization, on their varied products, will enable MRES management to better represent their potential upside to the Investment Community.  The trip will be focused on NANOCAP Investment Funds in New York, Boston, and Los Angeles.
