Notification of change in Director's details

Peter Oswald, chief executive officer Europe & International Division and
executive director of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, has been appointed chairman
of the supervisory board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, an integrated oil and gas
company listed on the Austrian Stock Exchange, with effect from 19 May 2015.

This disclosure is made to comply with LR 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
