After collaborating at various times over the years on projects of mutual interest, Mundus Group (PinkSheets:MNDP) and Vario USA, dba Airstar International have decided that the prospects for each will be better served going forward by pursuing their respective goals and interests in the aviation field independently of one another, and have completed the steps needed to implement that decision.
