TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 15, 2014) - Nevada-based Modern Mobility Aids, Inc. (OTC Pink: MDRM) (PINKSHEETS: MDRM) (the "Company"), announced today that its independent auditors have completed their audit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, and it expects to file its latest Annual Report (Form 10-K) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, with the Securities Exchange Commission within the next five business days. In addition, the Company believes that it will file its subsequent Quarterly Reports (Forms 10-Q) within ten business days, following which the Company will have filed all reports required by the SEC.
