EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

We are refiling a corrected version of the c ondensed consolidated interim financial statements of Medicure Inc. for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 (unaudited).

 

These replace the version filed on August 7, 2017. Pages 1 and 2 have been corrected to reflect the addition of $25,000 to the accounts payable and accrued liabilities line on page 2, which was not included in the original filing as a result of an inadvertent error. This results in changes to the subtotals and totals on pages 1 and 2. Other than to correct this omission, there are no other changes.
