On October 6^th Mr. Samuel Sternheim submitted his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and a member of the Board of the Company. Mr. Mark Walmesley was reappointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
