(b)           On January 4, 2024, Chris Andrews notified Logiq, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as chief operating officer of the Company, 

effective

 

immediately

. Mr. Andrew’s decision to 

resign

 was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
