On May 17, 2019, Lifeloc Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the first quarter of 2019 and for the result of the shareholder votes. This press release was made available on the Company’s website as of May 17, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
