Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On July 13, 2022, Leader Financial Asset Management Ltd. ("LFAML") entered into a stock purchase agreement with Hing Chuen Li ("Mr. Li "), pursuant to which LFAML agreed to sell 100,000 shares of LCHD common stock to Mr. Li at USD.010 per share and to wire the consideration on or before July 31, 2022; and the closing of the sale of Shares shall be held on or before August 31, 2022.
(2)	The securities reported are held by Leader Financial Asset Management Limited. Mr. Lin has sole voting and investment power as the sole owner of such entity. The other reporting persons have indirect ownership based on Mr. Lin's control over such reporting persons.
