Katahdin Bankshares Corp. Announces Dividend

Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQB:KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $.09 per share for the fourth quarter of 2011, representing an increase of 9.8% over the prior quarter's dividend. The dividend will be payable on December 26, 2011 to all shareholders of record as of December 12, 2011.
