Kelyniam Refocusing Efforts on Cranial Implants

  Kelyniam Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KLYG)
announces today that the company has received a prototype order from a
California distributor to make Custom Cranial Implants.

Kelyniam received the CT (computerized tomography) data late Friday, and will have the prototypes cut and shipped on Tuesday along with a host bone stereolithography model and inspection data provided by laser scanning. Mr. James Ketner, Kelyniam Global, Inc. founder, stated: "We believe this is the beginning of a successful relationship that will allow us to utilize our extensive CADCAM experience to aid and assist the medical disciplines. After the successful completion of the prototype models, we are hoping to cut some actual implants from FDA approved polymers later on this week."

Kelyniam also announced today the negotiations between PerioSeal Inc. and Kelyniam have been terminated. A mutual agreement could not be met regarding the acquisitions that would be equitable to either PerioSeal, Inc. or the shareholders of Kelyniam, and both parties have agreed to terminate the negotiations.

Kelyniam is currently pursuing other acquisitions as well as promoting the company's ability to manufacture custom bone implants using FDA approved polymers.
