Jefferson Security Bank Announces Semiannual Dividend Payment

President and CEO of Jefferson Security Bank (OTCBB: JFWV), K. Stephen Morris, announced that the Board of Directors has approved a semiannual dividend in the amount of $0.60 per share, payable on December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 3, 2012. This dividend represents an increase of $0.10 over the $0.50 per share dividend paid in June 2012.

Jefferson Security Bank, founded in 1869, is a community bank engaged in the general banking business in Berkeley County and Jefferson County, West Virginia, and Washington County, Maryland.
