Dan L. Donald, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jeff Davis Bancshares, Inc., announced that at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 19, 2013 the Board voted to pay a cash dividend in the amount of $.52 per share on April 5, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 29, 2013.
