SPRINGFIELD, Va., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isomet Corporation (Pink Sheets: IOMT) announced today that the Company's bank debt totaling $l,487,000 was paid in full on February 10, 2006. This amount was paid from the proceeds of key man insurance coverage on the life of Henry Zenzie, President and CEO, who died in January, 2006.
