Industrial Nanotech, Inc. (Pink Sheets: INTK), an emerging global leader in nanotechnology based energy saving and sustainable solutions announced today that the Company has signed an agreement granting Boral Roofing, LLC the exclusive rights to market Nansulate(R) Crystal, the Company’s patented clear roof coating, in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Nansulate(R) Crystal is manufactured and sold exclusively by Industrial Nanotech, Inc.
