Infinite Networks Corporation’s (Pink Sheets:
INNX) President/CEO, Mr. John Bush, announced today the establishment of
Cosmic Energy Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of Infinite
Networks Corporation.
Infinite Network Corporation has continued to seek out and explore new
technologies in power generation, engine efficiencies and alternative
energy sources. After a trip to China in late 2006, where meetings were
held at Tsung University, the Board made the decision to continue to
pursue new technologies beyond CET. Cosmic Energy Corporation was formed
to establish a new focus approach to research, develop, and take to
market new energy opportunity business avenues.
President Bush, in his State of the Union Address, stated: “…the
way forward is through technology…. We must
continue changing the way America generates electric power, by even
greater use of clean coal technology, solar and wind energy, and clean
.. with battery research for plug-in and hybrid vehicles, and expand the
use of clean diesel vehicles and biodiesel fuel …
new methods of producing ethanol using everything from wood chips to
grasses, to agricultural wastes...”
In an interview Mr. Bush, President/CEO of Infinite, stated, “Our
meetings in China opened our eyes as to the many opportunities in the
future of energy sources. The future of developing new energy
derivatives entails the new 'buzz words', known as Cosmic Energy. These
alternative energy sources will be paramount in everyone’s
future, specifically over the next five years. We have over five years
of work in alternative energy sources touching on almost every area that
President Bush addressed in the State of the Union.”
Infinite management intends to look for new opportunities to enhance
shareholder values. The acquisition of CET in 2006 was only the start.
Management of Infinite has determined that the formulation of Cosmic
Energy Corporation will aid in actively pursuing these “new
energy” technologies. Mr. Don Miller, Infinite’s
Board of Directors Chairman, has agreed to take on the role as Chairman/
CEO of Cosmic Energy Corporation and bring immediate focus to this new
group.
Infinite Networks Corporation markets High Efficient Advance Technology “H.E.A.T.”
through CET, LLC for the global Automotive and Marine/Boating industries.
