Imperalis Holding Corp. Acquired Safeguard Armor Solutions, Inc.

DALLAS, Oct. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IMPERALIS HOLDING Corp. (IMHC.PK) announced the purchase of 100% of the common stock of Safeguard Armor, Inc. (Safeguard). Safeguard, a privately owned Nevada Corporation, with an office in Dallas, Texas, is a provider of armor protection solutions, specializing in ballistic blast, I.E.D. blast mitigation and intrusion protection for commercial assets, power plants, pumping stations, oil and gas facilities, and vehicles both military and consumer built to required specification.

Safeguard was formed from the assets, operations and intellectual properties of a company which had $9,000,000 in sales in 2007 and 2008. Safeguard uses a propriety process that reduces the load factor while increasing the projectile penetration prevention of the armored panels.  As a provider of armored vehicles for military purposes the opportunities for expanded markets in the "war on terror" is exciting.

The acquisition of Safeguard was effective September 30, 2014.
