WILTON, CT--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2014) - International Star, Inc. (OTC Pink: ILST) (PINKSHEETS: ILST) provides project update and share structure.

The Company continues to execute on its business plan for moving the Van Deemen gold project forward. Following last week's webcast that showcased the mineralization of the project, the Company's next step is providing the BLM ("Bureau of Land Management") with a mine plan of operation. Management is compiling the data to complete this comprehensive report. The Company does express its gratitude to the BLM for the guidance it has provided.

Secondly, as of yesterday, day 44 of metallurgy testing, the samples sent to McClelland Labs continue to leach gold and the decision was made to continue the test for 60 days.
