International Star, Inc. 506(C) Private Placement Well Received at Vegas Investor Conference

TUCSON, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / November 24, 2015 / International Star, Inc. (OTC: "ILST"), developer of the Van Deemen Gold project in Northwest Arizona, is pleased to update shareholders on the positive response to the 506 (C) Private Placement.

The event was well attended and there were some one on one private meetings. The strong interest demonstrates the prospects of the Van Deemen and management's capability of bringing the project into production. Many of the investors were knowledgeable in the mining space and asked questions specific to timing, production processes and permitting.

Given the strong interest, the Company may increase the size of the offering. Next steps include a follow-up meeting with a broader group of investors looking to fund the full project. The meeting will take place prior to yearend in Phoenix.

In addition, we have separate investor groups, that are in the mining sector, that are in due diligence on the project.
