International Star, Inc. 506(C) Private Placement Progress Update

TUCSON, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / December 22, 2015 / International Star, Inc. (OTC: "ILST"), developer of the Van Deemen Gold project in Northwest Arizona, is pleased to update shareholders on the exciting progress of its 506 (C) Private Placement.

Over the last three weeks, substantial due diligence and communications have occurred. The Company can report that it expects to receive one or two Letters of Intent for funding prior to year's end. International Star can also state that it has received a very substantial commitment from a "cornerstone" investor. Given the interest, the Company is contemplating raising the amount of the offering to $6,000,000, which would fully fund the project into production.
