WILTON, CT--(Marketwired - Apr 18, 2014) - International Star, Inc. (OTC Pink: ILST) (PINKSHEETS: ILST) was pleased with the substance of its Inaugural Conference Call/Webcast. 

The Company extends its appreciation to those that participated in the Webcast. The Company believes that the modelling software provided a forum that allowed investors to see the mineralization and why Management is so excited about the Van Deemen gold project.

The Webinar was recorded and a link is now up on the Company's website. We invite all to listen and watch the tremendous progress and opportunity being developed by International Star.

On an equally important note, Management is aware of the substantial decline in the Company's share price. While Management can't comment on the market, it can state that over the last 8+ weeks, only 30 million shares have issued to finance operations.

Lastly, to further transparency, the Company has requested its transfer agent, Stalt, Inc. to provide investors current information on International Star's share structure.
