IJJ Corporation (Pink Sheets:IJJP) announces a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Missing Child Television Network, Riverhead, NY. The Missing Child Television is a digital In-Store TV Network that creates awareness for Missing Children while increasing awareness for their sponsors. The Missing Children Television Network currently has nearly 200 locations in major markets around the U.S. and has plans to expand into thousands of additional locations. The memorandum of understanding between the Missing Child Network and IJJC allows IJJC to create the required infrastructure to support the operational agreement between IJJC and the Missing Child Television within the next thirty days.

The agreement will provide direct marketing support from the Missing Child Television to IJJC using the nearly two-hundred (200) locations that use the digital In-Store TV Network. The agreement will define the specifics including the design and development of an awareness campaign and marketing advice that leverages the current and future potential of the Missing Child Television network.
