Mr. Treitman earned his credentials as a Certified Commercial Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM), a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and is working with NCQA Standards to develop customized platforms that help small to mid-sized primary care practices achieve and maintain Patient Centered Medical Home acknowledgement. Treitman will be leading a team of architects, engineers and IT specialists to create environments that profitably support Patient Centered Care.

IHAI has established a portal to assist existing medical facilities become Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) compliant and recognized under the Affordable Care Act.
