Previously, Informa traded in the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) market as an unsponsored DR. Each Informa ADR represents two ordinary shares and trades OTC under the symbol "IFJPY." Informa's ordinary shares trade on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol "INF."
