Hop-on and USAcig Comply With FDA Regulations on Flavored Tobacco

   Hop-on, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HPNN) and USAcig, Inc. have decided to revise their sales plan to comply with potential FDA regulations on flavored tobacco. Within a 30 day transition period, USAcig will eliminate all flavored electric cigarettes from the company's product line and will only carry tobacco and menthol flavors.

Peter Michaels, CEO of USAcig, stated, "It is crucial to anticipate the demands of the public, FDA involvement and modifications in legislation. Although our packaging clearly states that our products are not for sale to minors which includes everyone under the age of 18 regardless of their state of residence, it is still an issue for many of our competitors. Due to a variety of factors and industry inconsistencies, I believe the decision to only carry tobacco and menthol product flavors will put us ahead as we continue to seek FDA approval for our electric cigarette products."
