AFO International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AFOL) has announced the filing of
a name change to Human Unitec International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:
HMNU), a share exchange agreement with Human Unitec Souken Co., Ltd., a
Japanese corporation, and has acquired a new CUSIP number (4485L 10 5).
The new trading symbol is HMNU. The effective date is December
15, 2008.
Newly appointed officers and directors of Human Unitec International,
Inc. are: Mr. Kouichi Teshima, CEO/President/Director; and Mr. Kouji
Teshima, Treasurer/Director/CFO.
The office location is 2-2-20 Nihon Bashi, Chuo-Ku, Tokyo, Japan
Mr. Kouji Teshima during 30 years of service at Toshiba Japan received
numerous awards including Three Chief Engineer awards, "Special Awards
for Patent."
Human Unitec Souken Co., Ltd. Japan owns machines patented by them.

Human Unitec Co., Ltd. was formed in December 2002. Prior to the
patents, re-license agreement dated June 24, 2008. The majority is owned
by Human Unitec Souken Co., Ltd. and Toshiba Corp. Hitachi, Mitsubishi
Heavy Industry.
The patents are applicable to:
Soldering material such as threaded solder, powder solder, and cream
solder consisting of Sn-Zn system materials, and BCA balls, etc.
Soldering devices to which the materials concerned are applied.
