Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On May 6, 2021, the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) decided to hold the annual meeting of shareholders (the “Shareholders Meeting”) on June 29, 2021 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Please be advised, to encourage attendance and because of possible COVID-19 safety protocols, the Company will hold the meeting via teleconference. The record date for the Shareholders Meeting is May 7, 2021.
