warming – today announced that it has
completed its 2007 audit and is now preparing to become a reporting
Company and listing on the OTCBB.
"We are happy to have completed our audit as this was something
imperative for our listing on the OTCBB. Our legal team will now prepare
a Form 10 submission with the SEC that will include this audit. Upon
effectiveness of the Form 10, Global Warming Solutions will become a
reporting Company and its shares will be eligible for listing on the
