Golden Valley Bank (OTCBB: GVYB), headquartered in Chico, California today announced its second quarter 2014 dividend.

At their meeting held June 24, 2014 the Board of Directors of Golden Valley Bank voted to pay a cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share to shareholders of record as of July 8, 2014. The payment date for the dividend will be July 18, 2014.

Golden Valley Bank is a locally owned and operated commercial bank serving the needs of individuals and businesses in northern California.
