a communications provider, today announced that they have finalized the
acquisition of Cierra Communications, LLC (Cierra), a VoIP wholesale
telecommunications carrier, creating a strong foundation for its communication
charter.   Cierra is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Global eScience and was
purchased for its assets, contracts and expertise in the telecommunications
industry.

calls cost effectively.  In addition to wholesale VoIP services, Cierra offers
Telerate to other wholesale carriers allowing Global eScience to tap into a
$5.7 billion billing industry in addition to the $6.7 billion VoIP service
provider market.
